Sowing Indoors
Level fill a tray with Westland Seed & Cutting Compost firming with the base of another tray. Water well with a fine rose. Scatter seeds thinly covering with vermiculite. Place in a propagator at 20-25°C or cover tray with cling film and leave in a warm room.
Growing On
When shoots appear, remove cling film. Keep seedlings in a light position, but shade from direct sunlight. When large enough to handle, transplant 5cm apart to trays of Westland Houseplant Potting Mix or singly into small pots. Grow on in a minimum temperature of 12°C.
Advice
Seeds need light to germinate, cover only with a thin layer of vermiculite. You can use a thin dusting of seed and cutting compost, however vermiculite is prefered.
