Sowing Indoors
Soak the seeds overnight, keeping the seeds submerged. Drain, rinse and repeat as needed until the seeds are showing very small roots. Sow thinly on the surface of compost in a seed tray and cover with a lid to exclude light, but allowing air circulation. Keep moist, but not wet. Remove the lid when the shoots are 3-5cm tall and move to a brighter spot.
Harvest
Harvest when the shoots are between 10 and 30cm tall using scissors. Use for juicing, or as a tasty addition to salads.
