Tips & Advice:
Sowing Indoors
Sow on the surface of pre-watered seed compost, in pots or trays, lightly pressing into the surface. Place in a propagator or bag at around 20°C in shade and allow 2-4 weeks for germination. Remove lid or bag and keep in cooler, brighter conditions after germination.
Growing On
Transplant into 8cm pots when seedlings are large enough to handle. Grow on at 12-15°C. Autumn sowings can be overwintered in a greenhouse prior to planting out after the danger of frost has passed.
Planting Out
Plant out in well drained soil in full sun, 60cm apart.
Aftercare
Cut down old stems after flowering.
