Where to sow
In a little pot of seed compost. Sprinkle the seed over the compost, then lightly cover it with a little more compost. Water well after sowing, then put the pot somewhere warm like a kitchen windowsill.
What to do next
When seedlings appear, carefully transplant them to other pots to give them room to grow. During May, stand the plants outside to get them used to outdoor conditions.
