Sowing Outdoors
Fill a 30cm container with compost. Lightly firm level with the base of another pot. Water well and allow to drain. Scatter seeds thinly over the surface, lightly covering with 1cm of compost. Keep moist until seedlings appear.
Thinning
When large enough to handle thin seedlings to allow their development. Thin at first 15-20 seedlings per 30cm container, reducing to 10-12 seedlings once plants are 10-15cm tall.
Aftercare
Water containers regularly to keep plants growing and flowering.
