October brings those beautiful autumnal days with changing colours throughout your garden.
October is a great time to start sowing Hollyhock under cover and Sweet Peas and Aquilegia in cold frames. You can still direct sow hardy annuals such as cornflowers.
Sow herb seeds direct such as Basil, Chives and Dill.
